巡迴演出製作管理
點象藝術協會自2008年成立以來，短短三年內曾到台北、香港、北京、上海、溫洲、蘇州、廣州、首爾、波蘭等地巡迴演出及進行駐村創作，2012年亦將前往歐洲巡迴演出一個月，包括葡萄牙、西班牙、法國、意大利及斯洛文尼亞五國，同年亦進行台北、香港、澳門及首爾的亞洲巡迴演出。
由於澳門的表演藝術市場非常狹小，故我們必須往澳門以外地方進行巡迴演出，為能有效的控制演出的成本，巡迴演出的規劃就非常重要。在澳門的劇場環境，最常見是學校巡迴演出，但多是受機構委約製作，其他的巡迴演出方式則較少進行。 此工作坊專為本澳從事藝術活動工作者，如藝團負責人、監製、後台管理及行政人員而設計，透過個案與學員講解不同巡迴演出的製作及管理模式，同時，分享規劃及策劃海外巡迴演出的經驗。 課程內容 第一課：介紹

導師
陳結榮
畢業於香港演藝學院， 活躍於不同類別的表演藝術製作及策劃。 曾為ABA Productions Ltd 的技術總監，統籌海外巡演及為到訪香港的外團作製作及技術顧問。亦曾為香港演藝學院的註院藝術家，負責教學及督導學院的製作。 2009年為國際綜藝合家歡節目“時間之手”及康文署主辦節目“皇后萬歲”作監製後，2010 年遠赴巴西為在當地舉行的國際戲劇／劇場與教育聯盟世界大會 (IDEA 2010)任巴西－亞洲區統籌及學術節目監製 。 Wingo, Chan Kit Wing Wingo was awarded the Bachelor of Fine Arts (Hons.) in Stage Management by the Hong Kong Academy for the Performing Arts and has been working for different professional, community theatre and arts group responsible for arts administration, technical as well as production and stage management for stage performances and events locally and internationally. By working with Asian Youth Orchestra (1997-2006, 2009, 2011), Arts with the Disabled Association Hong Kong (1999 - 2005), Theatre of the Silence and other companies as Touring Production and Stage Manager, Wingo has been traveled for more than 100 cities around Asia Pacific, Europe and North America for music camps, indoor and outdoor performances and concerts, including the official performances of Hong Kong Hand Over 1997 (Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, Beijing Great Hall of the People), Olympic Arts Festival 2000 (Sydney Opera House), The World Federation of the Deaf 2003 (Montreal, Canada), VSA arts Festival 2004 (including Kennedy Centre of Washington D.C.), International Drama and Education Association, 5th World Congress 2004 (Ottawa City, Canada). Wingo was also worked as Resident Stage Manager for Leisure and Cultural Service Department of Hong Kong, the Manager of Philharmonia Moments Musicaux of Taipei, Taiwan. Coming back from Taipei, Wingo became the Technical Director of the Pan Asian tour of Peter Pan Musical and finished the tour started from Manila (Jan 2007), Hong Kong (June 2007), Kuala Lumpur (Nov 2007) and Taipei (March 2008). Wingo was also working with highly successful International production of Around the World in Eighty Days of their Hong Kong Tour (Aug 2008). Wingo was also working as Technical Director to co-ordinate for many international productions, including Waiting for Godot of AC Productions from Dublin, Ireland for their Hong Kong tour (Oct-Nov 2008), Reduced Shakespeare Company (US), the production “Tweenies” of BBC (UK) in Sep 2009 for their Hong Kong Tour, The Room on the Broom Hong Kong and Singapore tour by the Tall Stories of UK in Jan 2010, Birdhouse Factory of Cirque Mechanics (Las Vegas, US), late 2011. 客席導師 |
